F4400 Fan-Shaped Air Nozzle (AC)

A compact and robust ionising air nozzle with high performance to neutralise and clean small surfaces and objects with a 90° jet angle to the nozzle.

The main feature of the F4400 is the sophisticated nozzle head, offering advantages with its 90° jet angle at tight installation situations and also supplying a fine fan-shaped air stream and, is thus very popular in applications with neutralising cleaning and separation of sheet material.

  • Working range (ideal) 25 – 50 mm, up to max. 150 mm
  • Case: 10mm stainless steel tube with PVC-insulated tip
  • Resistively coupled tungsten emitters
  • Galvanised nozzle head with black anodised case
  • Air connection: up to 8 Bar max., optimal range app. 2 bar at 150 l/min airflow and 1.3N thrust
  • Shockless design
  • Critical parts encapsulated in epoxy resin
  • Cable: 2 m screened HT cable (up to 10 m available on request)
  • M12 screw thread at tube perimeter
  • Screw and screw nuts for mounting are supplied
