Specialities
The EX1250 is washable, can be used in the standard edition up to 100mm distance and extended with air-bar option to 500 mm working range for applications with varying distances/ geometries or to keep areas anti-static and dust-free.

*Please ensure sufficient cable length because the matching power supply unit must be located OUTSIDE OF the hazardous area! Please note: this is an AC bar, differing from a 24V DC powered ionising bar and requires necessarily an additional external AC Highvoltage Power Unit.

The EX1250 can also be ordered with a curved connection to suit certain installation situations. Otherwise the product properties remain unchanged.
Option Air Support
With the optional air bar, an air flow of approx. 2 m/s can be generated through the use of slightly compressed air, which transports the ions to the target area faster, further and in a more distributed manner. This means that changing distances (e.g. winding / unwinding) or 3D geometries (parts on a conveyor belt) can be unloaded more easily and efficiently. A limited cleaning effect can also occur with the air flows.
These air ducts can also be easily retrofitted and extend the operating range to approx. 500 mm and achieve a moderate cleaning effect.
