The solid and robust Antistatic Brush with fortified fibre strands.

F660: operating distance 1 – max. 5 mm

Ideal for crude or pre-discharge, especially in cases of high charges an effective and competitive way of charge reduction.

Specialities

The Steel-Fibre Brush F660 has a large number of fine stainless steel filaments and ships mounted on a rigid aluminium profile.

The steel-fibre brushes offer less fiber loss than plastic fiber brushes.

  • Working range 0* up to max. 5 mm
  • Soft and highly conductive stainless steel filaments
  • Fibre diameter of 12 μm
  • Fibre strands of 250 filaments at a pitch of 1,5mm
  • Rigid 12 mm aluminium case
  • Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) coating of fibre strands to ensure elasticity and resilience/memory
  • Ships in 1 m length and can be shortened or drilled (for installation) at own discretion

*Contact with surface is for the ionization effect counter-productive and can lead to fibre abrasion or fracture despite good manufacturing..
