The new E3633 power-bar bar is specially designed for large distances. It delivers an output voltage of +/-33 kilovolts to the long-life replaceable tungsten emitter tips.
The electrode is designed to determine the electric field and polarity and then automatically adjusts the plus/minus ion output.
The electrode works with its performance data without air support up to over 1’500mm distance to the material.
The E3633 generates the required high voltage in its housing and takes 24 VDC from the machine supply.

The E3633 delivers +/-33kV with -0 and +10% ! Under load and not at “no load”. This is important because for an ioniser to function, there must be a sufficiently strong electric field between the tips of the electrode and the material to be discharged.
Every kV more results in a better distance and also in lower residual charge, since the electric field is stronger and remains longer.

The E3633 is on the one hand stronger than the competition with 33kV, on the other hand it adapts dynamically and automatically.
The result: up to 200% better neutralisation under load than the next competitive product. The diagram on the left shows how much more current flows at a constant 100 kV charged plate under continuous load and is a direct indicator of the discharge capacity.

The E3633 determines the field strength and polarity and thus dynamically and automatically adjusts the ion balance (how many plus and minus ions are generated) at any given time, without the need for additional devices or sensors etc. as is the case with the competition.
The E3633 thus dynamically adapts itself to the conditions: changing distances, different charge levels, different polarities/charge distribution and changing materials.

The E3633 operates automatically. If there is a need to optimize the result by hand, 4 distance ranges can be selected directly on the bar. This applies to automatic operation as well as manual operation with fixed ion balance.
Adjustment and optimisation without additional devices or controls is possible directly at the electrode.

It is in the nature of ionisers that they attract dirt, both during operation and in the standby phase. But dirt that accumulates on the tips will gradually reduce the ionizing performance.
The E3633 issues a visual alarm as well as an electrical alarm at the interface if the contamination has a massive impact on the device performance. For this purpose, the LEDs flash bright red-green alternately to draw attention to the need for maintenance. This contamination monitoring is built in as standard.
System concept
The design of the E3633 is such that additional “expansion modules” can be packed onto the electronics.
This allows future communication modules (Profibus etc.), control modules for sensors, bar synchronization in a network etc. to be realized and retrofitted.
Stress test for all electrodes.
The E3633 is specifically designed for reliability. This is reflected in the choice of components as well as the design of the electrode. The emitter tips, which can wear out over the years under high load, are made of the highest quality tungsten material and can be easily replaced by the customer.
After production, each electrode is carefully measured with a computer on a special charge plate system in a test under load lasting several minutes and the results are recorded. It is also subjected to a 24-hour stress test before it leaves the house.
mounting material included
The E3633 has a mounting slot on the bottom side. The mounting plates, which are provided with bolts, can be easily pushed into the desired position. You do not have to take any measurements. The mounting plates and nuts are always included in a number adapted to the length of the electrode. STEP files are available immediately on request for computer-aided planning.
The E3633 antistatic bars are very flexible to install and can therefore be easily planned in the design. Anyone who upgrades from an E3430 electrode to this bigger brother does not have to change anything in the mounting situation (even the electrical mounting is identical and compatible).
