News: Product presentation at the K 2016
19.10.2016: The new compact 24 VDC discharge bar and the new compact charging generator will be presented at the K 2016 exhibition.
Iontis and Fraser present the jointly developed new 24 VDC discharge bar E3014 The E3014 is designed as a compact and low-cost standard electrode for short ranges. This completes the range of 24 VDC electrodes. Due to the small size and the identical dimensions as the E3010 AC electrode, a changeover to 24 V technology is child’s play. The advantage of 24 VDC technology is that the necessary high voltage is generated in the electrode’s housing itself. External high-voltage power supplies and the rigid and sensitive high-voltage cables are therefore superfluous. The E3014 has a contamination alarm via LED and can also be remotely operated via the interface. In addition, the new electrodes are approx. 50% more efficient than comparable AC electrodes due to their power efficiency. The required 24 VDC can be tapped from the operating voltage of the machines – thus it is also irrelevant in which country they are operated or which mains voltage and Hertz figures prevail.
In order to meet the increasing demand for powerful charging generators, the A7320 charging generator with 30 kV at 20 Watt output is now offered. The A7320 impresses with its very compact dimensions and constant power (voltage or current limitation selectable). It reliably delivers 1 mA each up to 20 kV and then 0.67 mA linearly up to 30 kV. It has HV 4 connections, can be flexibly installed with its rotatable control panel and has a clear and very simple operating and display interface. Further models with higher power and voltage levels will follow.
Both products will be available after the trade fair at the end of October.
