News: IONTIS inaugurates new building
9.November 2015: As the next expansion step, IONTIS inaugurates the converted future company building.
After about 4 months of reconstruction, the former community hall was turned into a commercially usable property. The building complex includes rooms for production, AVOR, quality assurance, storage, order picking, but also research and development and administration.
This step became necessary to keep up with the constantly growing demand for electrostatic solutions and the success in the market.
Company owner Ulrike Rüdiger-Ludwig says: “Actually we should have taken this step earlier, but due to the passing away of my husband this was not possible. I am now finally pleased to be able to provide the company IONTIS Elektrostatik with an area that is approximately 4 times larger. I am also pleased that the local council of Efringen-Kirchen has granted me the purchase of the property, so the company can remain on a new road but in the same town.
The inauguration was celebrated together with representatives of the local council, employees and field staff, but also with a delegation of 14 employees of the English partner company Fraser and the immediate neighbourhood. The Ötlingen Rock Choir provided a beautiful musical setting, performing a number of songs.
