F5000
/in Ionising Airknife /by adm1n1strat0rF5000 Compact Airknife Pressurised Air
An Ionising Airknife for pressurised air in tight mounting situations.
/
F5000: operating range up to 4m for antistatic discharge and <1m for cleaning depending on application.
A compact and robust ionizing air nozzle with good performance for the neutralisation, sheet separation or cleaning of small surfaces and objects up to 1m operating distance. The main feature of the F5000 airknife is its sophisticated nozzle head, which bends the air outflow in a 90 degree angle over its body and then over the emitter tips of the anti-static bar. This brings an advantage in required mounting space especially beneficial in tight mounting situations. The achieved airbeam is thin and fan-shaped.Application

F5000 Specification
- Distance for cleaning applications: optimal 100 – 150 mm at 70m/s air speed
- Anti-static effect up to 1 m (at 7 Bar)
- Robust aluminium and steel body of nozzle
- Ionisation either with E3010 (AC*) or E3014 (24VDC) standard anti-static bars
- Emitters with resistors
- Air connection: up to 7 Bar max., optimal range app. 5 Bar, 1/4” BSP quick connection
- Air consumption 33 l/min per cm at 5 Bar
- Shockless design
- Critical parts encapsulated in epoxy resin
- CE marking, UL (ioniser) possible on request
*Please note: The AC ionizer, unlike the 24V DC counterparts, necessarily requires an additional AC Highvoltage Power Unit
Easy and flexible mounting
Efficient surface cleaning
Good neutralisation performance
Low maintenance
Shock-proof, finger-safe
Compact, also for complex installation situations
Robust, industry-proof design
Variant AC Bar
The airknife F5000 is also available equipped with an AC bar, which is an older and slightly less efficient technology.
The air specification and performance however, is the same.

F5500
/in Ionising Airknife /by adm1n1strat0rF5500 Airknife Blower-fed
An Ionising Airknife with good performance operated via blower*.
/
F5500: operating range up to 4m for antistatic discharge and <1m for cleaning depending on application.
For an easy to install and very efficient electrostatic cleaning, sheet separation, ionized air curtain or anti-static discharge over a distance of up to 4m, more economic than pressurized air solution. Main feature of the F5500 is its sophisticated nozzle head which accelerates a laminar compressed airflow by a factor of 20:1 in a 90° angle over the ionizer thus generating a thin, fan-shaped non-turbulent ionized airflow.Application
