Longrange Bars
It is not always possible to be close to the material with an ioniser: the distance to the material can vary during the process (e.g. winders), the material itself has a certain depth (e.g. large objects on a conveyor) or, the situation does not allow to be close (e.g. infrared heaters or several aspects rule against e.g. turret winders. It is also not always desired or cost efficient to work with air support on ionisers.
Wherever a ionising discharge over a larger distance is required, ionisers need be used which operate with stronger highvoltage. This ensures, that the electric field is strong enough, so the generated ions will be attracted and travel over the large distance for neutralisation.
Our Longrange Bars feature all a built-in auto mode to adapt the discharge wherever possible, automatically to the changing requirements (distance, charge amount and distribution) thus achieving the best possible anti-static result – without complex additional control systems.
